You are entitled to request information on, correct, block or delete your stored data at any time. Please refer to wack.info@wackchem.com or send us your request by post or fax.
We do not forward your personal data, including postal and e-mail addresses, to third parties without your explicit and revocable consent.
Exceptions to this are our service partners who require the transfer of data for the purpose of order processing (e.g. the carrier for delivery or the credit institute for payment processing).
In these cases, the data is restricted to only the necessary minimum. We employ technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or accessby unauthorized third parties.
SSL data encryption
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is an encryption method that has been employed on the world wide web for a long time. The entire data traffic between the customer’s browser and the server is encrypted such that no one can intercept the data.
Why do I need SSL?
We use the SSL method for processing orders. It gives you the security that your personal data – e.g. your home address or credit card number – cannot land in the wrong hands. The encryption is automatically activated, and the pages are immediately secured by SSL.
What should I do if SSL does not work?
There are cases in which SSL will not function, for example if you are behind a firewall (software presenting a kind of digital safety barrier), if the browser does not support SSL, or for some other technical problem.
In this case, you generally receive an error page drawing your attention to the problem. If this problem occurs on your computer, it is best to get in touch with a system administrator or with your Internet connection provider.
